• 12 Sour dough croutons

  • 12 Roast beef (sliced)

  • 1 punnet Baby celery

  • 1/4 cup Pesto

  • Salt and pepper

  • Extra-virgin olive oil to drizzle


  • 1.

    Spread 1/2 teaspoon of pesto on each of the croutons.

  • 2.

    Place some baby celery shoots on the roast beef and roll up.

  • 3.

    Place a round of beef on the crouton.

  • 4.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with a little extra-virgin olive oil.
