Light and fluffy omelette, the perfect way to start the day


  • 4 Large Eggs

  • splash of milk

  • 4 Button Mushrooms Chopped

  • 1 Small onion

  • 1 Slice of ham Chopped


  • 1.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk

  • 2.

    Add the milk and whisk again

  • 3.

    Add the ham and Mushrooms

  • 4.

    Drissle a small amount of olive oil in a pan and fry the omelettes untill cooked.

  • 5.

    Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley


The key to fluffy omelettes is to whisk after you add each ingredient
