This dish to have on a cold day, the cream and gnocchi warm you up beautifully. Also the green beans give a refreshing crunch to the meal.
Dice the chicken breast into about 1 inch pieces then fry or roast the chicken breast.
Start by heating a pan once hot dry roast the almonds then place on the side.
Next in the pan put the butter and the garlic then after about 1 minute add the cream in.
Have a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the green beans in it for about 1 minute then remove and add them into the sauce.
Then put the gnocchi into the boiling water and wait for them to rise to the top of the water, this is how you know they're cooked.
Once gnocchi is cooked add the sauce and toss through taste and season with salt and pepper.
To sever place Gnocchi and sauce in a bowl and sprinkle the roasted almond on the top and grate some fresh parmesan.
With the green beans you can either leave them whole or cut them in half, personally i like to cut them in half because they are mouth size pieces.
If you like a bit of heat cook some chilli with the garlic at the start of the cooking process.
