Muffins

light &low fat....too easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain flour

  • 1 1/3 cup sugar

  • 2 egg

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 TSP baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • walnuts

Method

  • 1.

    Mix flour,sugar and baking powder.set aside

  • 2.

    Stir eggs,milk,oil,vanilla until well blended-add flour mixture, mix until smoth,,stir in walnuts and raisins.

  • 3.

    Fill muffins cups 2/3 with butter,bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into it comes out clean. serve with coffe or tea.
