Preheat oven to 180°-200°C.
Soak skewers in cold water for about 30 mins.
Then thread skewers with pork, chipolatas, lemon, bay leaves and cubed bread.
Place skewers in 1-2 lightly oiled baking trays. Sprinkle with rosemary, seasonings and a generous amount of oil. Cook in the oven for about 10-12 mins, turning once.
Blanch beans in plenty of lightly salted, boiling water until crisp-tender. Drain well and then toss with a little oil and seasonings.
To serve, arrange beans on individual plates and top with a skewer.
