This is a recipe that has a nice hot and sour taste, perfect for winter soup.
All you do is get a regular pot size, add the stock and all ingredients together. Then when it starts simmering put mushroom, prawns, tomato in. then taste
leave in for at lease less then a minute or 2. when cooked pour out to a bowl then garnish it with shallots,coriander and basil leaves.
