Easy Potato Bake

Thinly sliced potatoes layered in a baking dish with butter aand garlic


  • 6 Medium all purpose Potatoes - sliced very thinly

  • 50g Butter

  • 1 clove garlic - crushed

  • salt and pepper


  • 1.

    Melt butter with the garlic

  • 2.

    Brush a small-medium casserole dish with some melted butter.

  • 3.

    Arrange a layer of potatoes overlapping as you go.

  • 4.

    Brush with butter and season each layer. (you'll get about 4 layers)

  • 5.

    Bake in 180C oven for 45 mins or til golden and crispy on top

I love potatoes and this is very easy and yummy. I had it with roast garlic chicken. Thank you.
