Bake the turkey in the oven 190°C/ gas mark 5, covered with foil.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the glaze. Mix the cranberry jam and mustard in a bowl until well combined.
Half an hour before the turkey is cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and remove the foil. Brush the glaze generously over the turkey.
Return to the oven uncovered and cook for 30 minutes.
