Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Tastey, Healthy and Easy


  • 8 Rice Paper Sheets

  • Small packet of Vermicelli Noodles

  • x1 Carrott (Grated)

  • 1/2 BBQ Chicken

  • x2 Chilli (Finely chopped)

  • x1 Cucumber (Sliced long ways, seeds removed)

  • x1 Bunch of Coriander


  • 1.

    Cook the noodles to instruction and strain

  • 2.

    Use a large bowl (big enough for the noodle sheets) fill bowl with water. Place noodle sheet in the bowl for 20 seconds. Remove on to a tea towel placed on a flat surface. Add Filling, roll and repeat until all ingredients used.


Serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce
