Stir fry chicken,vegetables and noodles, quick and easy for my boys when they needed to get out quickly


  • 1 pkt shelf fresh noodles (hokien thin or flat rice noodles your preference)

  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • 2 small chicken breast fillets thinly slices

  • 2 shallots sliced

  • 1/4 red capscium thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch baby bok choy

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 1/4 cup of Oyster sauce

  • 1 Sliced Onion


  • 1.

    Soften noodles followinf packet instructions

  • 2.

    In a wok stir fry chicken till almost cooked

  • 3.

    Add garlic onion and capscium cook for a few mins till tender but crunchy

  • 4.

    Add bok choy, cook till slightly wilted

  • 5.

    Add bean sprouts

  • 6.

    Stir in oyster sauce

  • 7.

    Add noodles stir

  • 8.

    Place on platter and sprinkle with shallots


Pork, prawns could be substituted for chicken
Any vegetables may be used, carrot, cabbage etc
Oyster sauce may nedd to be adjusted to your personal preference.
Carriander may be used instead of shallots for garnish
