This is really versatile, a really sharp and tasty dressing, ideal on an asian style chicken, prawn or beef salad.


  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 3 Tblspn lime juice

  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • 1 Tblspn fresh grated ginger

  • 1 Tblspn honey

  • 1 teaspoon tamari (optional)

  • Lime zest to taste

  • Finely shredded kaffir lime leaf (optional)


  • 1.

    Throw everything in the blender until blended. Store in a glass jar in the fridge until ready to use (shake before pouting)


Fresh ginger keeps well in the freezer and is easy to grate frozen.
