spicy but fresh this is delishous with currys, lamb, or even added to a potato salad dressing.


  • 65gms chopped mint

  • 55 gms finely chopped onion

  • 65gms white sugar

  • 60mls white vinegar

  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp salt

    Mix altogether in a bowl. (I put it thru the processor) & chill for 2 hours.
