• 250mls carnation milk

  • 750g caster sugar

  • 750g dark chocolate

  • 1tbsp rum


  • 1.

    Place milk and sugar in pan and bring to boil

  • 2.

    Simmer 3 mins and add large chunks of chocolate all at once

  • 3.

    Stir until creamy smooth

  • 4.

    Add rum and mix

  • 5.

    Pour into tray and cool


Be careful not to add too much rum or the mix won't set
Use a slightly flavoured dark choc like Green and Black's maya gold or just a good quality dark chocolate
