A great meatloaf that can be served hot or cold.
Preparation time 15 mins
Cooking time 40 mins
Preheat oven to 200c.
Place breadcrumbs, mince, zucchini, carrot, egg, garlic, sauces, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Transfer mince mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake for 25 mins.
Top with tomato and cheese and bake for another 15 mins.
