Quick, easy and delicious

Ingredients

  • Pork Mince(lean) 400g

  • 1 carrot- finely diced

  • 1 stick celey- finely diced

  • 1 mediun onion-finely diced

  • 1 bottle HoiSin sauce

  • 3-4 tspoons chinese five spice

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce- seperate all leaves gently and place in a bowl of cold water.

Method

  • 1.

    Have all ingredients ready .

  • 2.

    Place pork mince into a medium saucepan.

  • 3.

    Cook the mince until it has changed colou r from pink to grey and is in small pieces.

  • 4.

    Add the carrots and cook for about 3min.

  • 5.

    Add celery and cook for about 3min.

  • 6.

    Add the onion and cook for 2 min.

  • 7.

    Add the chinese five spice and mix in well.

  • 8.

    Add the HoiSin sauce and mix in well,

  • 9.

    Drain the lettuce leaves.

  • 10.

    To serve place a good spoonful into each lettuce leaf , gently close the lettuce leaf eatand enjoy.

Notes

Have a few serviettes handy as it can get messy but it's worth it.

Where can I buy Chinese 5 spice from?

Is 1 bottle of hoisin sauce correct. Sounds too much to me.
