Warm or cold, this dip is delicious! When ever I make this someone always asks for the recipe.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream, spoon into bottom of dish.
Mash avocado with garlic and lemon juice then layer over the cream cheese and sour cream.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion over the avocado layer.
Empty contents of salsa jar over the spring onion and then top with shredded cheese.
serve with corn chips.
You can make a low fat version by using low fat ingredients.
To serve warm: heat dip in moderate oven until cheese melts
