This is a failproof recipe, that I discoved by accident when trying unsuccessfully to make a pavlova
Line a swissroll tin with baking paper, spray paper lightly with oil, preheat oven 170 deg
Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly beat in sugar, continue beating till disolved. Spread mixture evenly onto paper and cook aprox 15 mins until browned.
Turn out onto another piece of baking paper which is covered in caster sugar and toasted almonds. Allow to cool. Cover with cream and fruit. Gently roll up from the long side.
