Succulent steak served with a delicious gravy flavoured with fresh spring onions, mushrooms and bacon.
While grilling or frying the steak in a little olive or canola oil, start making the gravy. First fry the onion and garlic in a little oil with the bacon pieces. When the bacon is cooked, pour the premixed gravy into the pan and simmer, then add the onion mix to it. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
