Mint Slice


  • 250g Arrowroot Biscuits

  • 3Tbsp Cocoa

  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut

  • 1 x 395g Tin Condensed Milk

  • 150g Crown Mints

  • extra Coconut


  • 1.

    Crush Crown Mints into small pieces

  • 2.

    In food processor finely crush Biscuits then add Cocoa, Crown Mints, Coconut and condensed Milk, mix until well combined.

  • 3.

    Lay a sheet of baking paper on bench and use paper to roll mixture into a log. Use extra coconut to coat log. Wrap in paper and put in fridge until hardens.

  • 4.

    Take out of fridge and cut into 1cm slices and Enjoy!
