Delicious, easy to prepare meal with low calories. One of my favourites.
Preheat oven to 180c
Lightly spray oven tray with oil
To make the mealballs, combine all ingredients and shape into roughly 2cm balls.
Place meatballs on oiled tray and cook in oven for approx. 15-20 mins. or until brown.
Place all ingredients in large saucepan on stove
Bring to boil, then simmer for 10 mins
Add cooked meatballs and simmer for another 10 min.
Serve with rice or pasta.
