Baked Lamb Cutlets

Lamb cutlets with tomato and onions.


  • 6 lamb cutlets

  • 1 tin of diced tomatoes

  • 2 sliced onions

  • 1 tbsp of french onion soup


  • 1.

    Pre-heat oven to 180.

  • 2.

    Place all ingredients in baking dish.

  • 3.

    Bake for1 hour.


Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
