Tandoori Chicken wraps

A wonderfully quick and simple but very tasty wrap.


  • 2 chicken breasts-skin off

  • 2 Tablespoons Tandoori paste

  • 150ml natural yoghurt

  • Mountain bread

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180C, cut chicken into thin strips, place chicken in oven dish, mix the yogurt and tandoori paste together and stir through the chicken.

  • 2.

    Cook for 30 minutes, turning once.

  • 3.

    Wrap the chicken and salad in the mountain bread-can be served hot or cold.
