These BBQ Donuts are the perfect way to prepare dessert on the BBQ!
Slice each donut horizontally through the middle and place onto a medium/hot bbq grill.
Cook both sides until donuts are crispy.
Meanwhile, beat the cream until it is thick and set aside.
Chop up the larger fruits into small pieces and set aside.
Once cooked, take the donuts off the grill and arrange them the cut side facing up on a large tray.
Generously drizzle all the donuts at once with the maple syrup.
Then add a spoonful or two of cream over each donut making sure it's well covered.
Then top each donut with a small handful of your choice of fruits.
Give another generous drizzling of maple syrup over the top.
Finally, coat all the donuts by sifting on the icing sugar.
Serve and enjoy - but be quick - they won't last long!
You can use a can of whipped cream instead of thick cream.
