Easy to make, tastes delicious and came about because I didn't have much in my pantry and decided to just throw a few things together.
1.Seer the chicken breast in a saucepan by lightly spraying the pan with olive oil spray.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish large enough to hold the chicken and 3 cups of juice.
3. Add apple.
4. Sprinkle the Spring Vegetable soup mix over the chicken.
5. Pour the 3 cups of Apple/Mango juice over the chicken and soup mix.
6. Cook in 180oC oven for approximately 1 hour.
