great winter warmer


  • 4 slices diced bacon, 4 diced onions, 1 oz butter, 2 tblsp p flour, 4 cups chicken stock, 3 diced potatoes, seasoning, 2 egg yolks, 1 cup sour cream


  • 1.

    Saute onions, bacon in butter until soft, stir in flour, adpd stock and season. Add pots ansd simmer 20 mins. Mix yolks and sour cream and add some hot soup to combine then pour into soup pan - do not boil. add parsley
