Lasagne made with beef mince and barittos.


  • 700g beef mince

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels,

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 red capsicum - chopped

  • 35g packet of tac seasoning

  • 425g can crushed tomatoes

  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • packet of barittos

  • 1 cup water

  • beef stock - 1 teaspoon

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese


  • 1.

    Brown mince

  • 2.

    Place (other than cheese) all other ingredients in saucepan and simmer

  • 3.

    Add mince to mixture

  • 4.

    Coat an oven proof bowl with cooking spray.

  • 5.

    Place on baritto on bottom

  • 6.

    Place cup or so of mixture to cover layer

  • 7.

    Repeat until bowl is full

  • 8.

    Spinkle cheese on top of last spoonfull of mixture and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes until cheese has browned.
