A home made version of a popular bakery item of my childrens
Cool mixture before spreading on pastry, as the bottom of the pastry will go soggy if mixture is hot.
Line a Lamington tin with baking paper or spray with cooking spray.
Cut puff pastry to line the bottom of tray.
Spread cooled mince mixture over the base of pastry, cover with a top layer of puff pastry, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped bacon.
Pre heat oven at 200 C and cook for 20-30mins or until pastry is golden brown
