A mild spiced fritter perfect with grilled chicken.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
Heat a fry pan to medium and add a small amount of vegetable oil, gently fry fritters in batches, for 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel and keep in a warm oven.
Can be served with a yoghurt dressing or Tzatziki.
