Chop the fruit, soak in brandy overnight.
Cream butter and sugar, fold in eggs and vanilla
Add fruit mixture
Sift Flours and spices into fruit mixture
Fold in breadcrumbs.
Pour into papered pudding basin. Place caramello egg in the centre of the pudding.
Steam for 5 hours
