This recipe is from Mick the doorman @ local Club as I am quite partial to a glass or two of green ginger wine.


  • 1 Cup Sunflower Oil

  • 1/4 Cup White Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup Green Ginger Wine

  • 1/2 Cup Seeded Mustard

  • 1/2 Cup Honey (I use less than 1/4 Cup)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • 1.

    Blend all together with stick blender or normal blender.
