Hot Artichoke Dip

A dip to serve to guests with pre dinner drnks


  • 2 x 400g tins of artichokes (drained)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 teasponns onion flakes

  • Praprika

  • Extra parmesan to serve


  • 1.

    Chop up the artichokes.

  • 2.

    Add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese & artichokes and mix through.

  • 3.

    Pour mixture into an oven proof dish.

  • 4.

    Top with extra parmesan and a sprinkle of papriks.

  • 5.

    Cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 6.

    Serve hot with French bread (best) or water crackers.
