As a way to make cold lamb roast leftovers palatable I raided the spice and condiments shelf in the pantry.


  • Finely sliced cold lamb roast

  • Dashes to taste of:

  • Chinese 5 spice

  • Soy sauce

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Mint sauce

  • .


  • 1.

    Mix together and heat over low flame stirring often.

  • 2.

    Serve on bed of boiled white rice.


Best eaten with several glasses of shiraz.
