Definitely a favourite of everyones - once friends taste this, I'm never allowed to NOT bring it to a meal!
Combine biscuits & butter, press into base of 23cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.
Beat cream cheese & condensed milk until smooth, beat in cream.
Sprinkle gelatine over water, dissolve over hot water, cool, beat into cream cheese mixture.
Divide mixture into three.
Fold chocolate into each batch to give white, milk & dark chocolate mixtures. Spoon cheesecake mixture evenly into prepared crust in white, milke & dark chocolate layers.
Refrigerate until set.
