Quick and simple alternative to Garlic Bread, enhances any meal especially BBQs
Mix apx half a packet of dry Continental French Onion soup mix in a bowl with about 1/2 cup of margarine, stir together.
Cut French stick into segments about 2-3cm wide, butter both sides and put Frech Stick back together, wrap in alfoil and heat in moderate oven for apx 15-20 minutes until butter is melted throughout.
Keep wrapped in alfoil for warmth and serve hot.
