  • 1 ONION CHOPPED

  • 2 HARDBOILED EGGS CHOPPED

  • 1 NORMAL TIN TUNA

  • 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR

  • 1/2 CUP MILK

  • 2 SLICES OF PINEAPPLE OPTIONAL CHOPPED UP

Method

  • 1.

    CHOP ONION AND BROWN IN SAUCEPAN WITH BUTTER OR MARGARINE ON STOVE. THEN ADD FLOUR MIXING IN THE MILK TO MAKE SAUCE. WHEN SAUCE IS THICKENED YOU MAY LIKE TO ADD MORE MILK TO THIN DOWN SAUCE TO YOUR OWN TASTE.DRAIN TUNA AND ADD TO SAUCE.ADD EGGS AND PINEAPPLE AND LET SIMMER FOR FIVE MINUTES. SERVE WITH SALAD.
