Great dish to take to a party or BBQ as the loaf is the serving dish and no need to do any dishes afterwards
Slice the top off the cottage loaf and remove all the bread from the inside, making sure to keep the crust intact, as this will be the serving bowl. Set aside the bread you removed for later.
Squeeze the excess water out from the spinach.
Finely slice the spring onions.
Dissolve the soup in a little boiling water and then mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into the cottage loaf bowl.
Place the top back on to the loaf as a lid and serve with the bread you removed from the core.
