This is an easy biscuit recipe that can be quickly whipped up for the unexpected guest and is sure to please


  • 100 gr butter

  • 100 gr plain flour

  • 100 gr ground hazelnuts

  • 50 gr sugar

  • 20 x choc melts


  • 1.

    Pre heat oven to 180 c

  • 2.

    Cream butter and suger, then mix in hazelnuts and sifted flour.

  • 3.

    Roll a desertspoon of the mixture in your hands and then place on a lightly greased oven tray. Press choc melts on top to flatten a little

  • 4.

    Bake in oven for 10 minutes
