marinated pork with sweet apples
Mix oil, honey, soy sauce, mustard to make marinade.
Thread pork cubes onto bamboo skewers which have previously been soaked for an hour in water.
Pour marinade over pork skewers and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Cook skewers on the barbecue for approx. 15 min
While cooking melt butter, golden syrup and sugar in frypan.
Peel and slice thinly apples in syrup with star anise.
When pork cooked pour apple sauce over.
