Seafood Salad

Seafood with a sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g Prawns

  • 250g Scallops

  • 250g crab meat or salad mix

  • 250g crayfish / marron

  • 1 of each red & green peppers diced

  • 4 stalks celery

  • 2 round rings Egg Pasta

  • Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Tomatoe Soup

  • 1/2 cup Mayo

  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire Sauce

  • pinch of both salt & pepper

Method

  • 1.

    If scallops are raw, cook them and allow to cool. Cook egg pasta as directed.

  • 2.

    Slice peppers & celery. combine all seafood ingrediants. combine sauce and add to the seafood,peppers & celery. Refidgerate covered until tea.
