Seafood stirfried then lit. Full of flavour and spectacular to watch cooking. Dinner party winner!
Melt butter and fry onion and garlic in wok / frypan.
Add prawns and seafood and strifry, with scallops added only for the last minute.
Add brandy and flambe.
Add pesto sauce, tomato paste and basil, keeping it on the heat.
Add Pernot, chopped tomatoes -stir.
End with cream on top then slightly stirred in.
Serve with rocket salad & pasta.
