Puff pastry sheets topped with pizza filling and rolled and cut into thin slices.
Spread puff pastry sheets. Brush lightly with olive oil. Place fillings over puff pastry. Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle herbs over.
Roll lengthwise, brush edges with egg. Slice into rounds, place on pastry tray lined with baking sheet. Place in hot oven for 8 minutes. Place on a lower shelf for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot as finger food for cocktail parties, or great at picnics, or as a nibble
Around the fire.
You can use anything in the fridge as long as you enjoy the mix. Experiment with flavours.
Can be frozen for reheating at a later date.
