Stroganoff style sauce flavoured with bacon, mushrooms and cream with flat pasta.
Saute chopped onions and garlic with bacon until just browning. Add chopped capsicum and sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoe paste, stock cube and continue cooking for another minute. Add gravox and stir until it comes to a simmer and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Add cooked and drained pasta to pan and toss through. Serve at once.
