Fried vermicelli is a good dish for the family. It is adequate for serve to one. Increase by 4 to serve a family of four which is our family, myself, dad, son and daughter. It is easy family-friendly weeknight meal. My family love it, a home cooked meal according to my past and present cooking experience.
