chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese.
For 4 people.
4 chicken breasts flattened out.
4 rashers of bacon.
4 slices of ham.
8 tablespoons of creamed cheese with chives.
Once the chicken is flattened out, spread cheese cheese over the chicken and place a slice of ham of top. Roll this together and wrap the bacon around each one and secure together with toothpicks.
Place a small amount of oil in a pan and gently sear the chicken on all sides for approx. 5 minutes.
Place chicken in a container and put in a moderate oven for 15 minutes covered with alfoil. After this remove the alfoil and cook for a further 5 mins. Before serving remove toothpicks.
Hoisin sauce 4 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce, 4 tablespoons soy sauce and 4 tablespoons honey. Combine together in a saucepan and heat through.
When heated pour over chicken and serve.
