I am member of weight watchers and this is a great meal without all the


  • 4 Bazaar lebanese breads

  • olive oil spray

  • 500g lite ricotta cheese

  • 3 eggs lightly beaten

  • 300ml lite sour cream

  • pinch ofnutmeg

  • 1 tsp sea-salt flakes

  • black pepper

  • 1 bunch english spinach cleaned blaned well drained and chopped

  • 1/2 bunch dill chopped

  • 125g lite tasty cheese grated


  • 1.

    1 preheat over to 160c

  • 2.

    Libe a 24cm springform tin with the bread

  • 3.

    Spray with oil

  • 4.

    2 in a large bowl mi together all other ingredients until well combined.

  • 5.

    Pour into bread lined tin and bake 45-50 minutes

  • 6.

    Or until golden brown and just set.

  • 7.

    Remove fro overn and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.

  • 8.

    Cut into wedges and serve with a tossed salad.
