Creamy and zingy chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)

  • 1 inch root ginger (finely chopped)

  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)

  • 6 tbsp natural yoghurt (low fat or full fat - it doesn't matter)

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp ground tumeric

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 4 chicken breasts

Method

  • 1.

    Combine all of the ingredients (except chicken)

  • 2.

    Spread over the chicken

  • 3.

    Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 mins
