A chicken breast fillet steak crusted with Parmesan Cheese and breadcrumbs.


  • 4 Chicken Breasts halved horizontally

  • 3/4 cup plain flour

  • 2 eggs beaten lightly

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons oil


  • 1.

    Flatten the chicken breast with a rolling pin. Coat with the flour, egg, breadcrumbs and parmesan.

  • 2.

    Heat oil in large frying pan and add chicken steaks cooking 3-4 minutes each side til golden.
