A yummy tuna pasta which can be easily prepared from ingredients in the pantry.
Sweat down onion & garlic in oil
Add (capers./olives at this stage)mushrooms and fry over medium heat until cooked
Add tomatoes and squeeze down most of the cherries tomatoes to release their juices. Simmer for approx 10 minutes
Drain tuna and fork through. add to tomatoes with basil. remove from heat
Cook pasta al dente, drain and pour into sauce
