Home made beef rissoles

delicious and packed full of hidden flavour


  • 500g Minced meat of your choice

  • 1 finely chopped onionn

  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1 grated zuchini

  • small amount tomato paste

  • worcestershire sauce-small amount

  • tomato sauce

  • spinkle of sugar

  • couple of eggs

  • breadcrumbs to bind


  • 1.

    Place everything in a bowl and mix well.

  • 2.

    Form into whatever size patties you need.

  • 3.

    Put in fridge till needed.


coat lightly in flour before cooking.
breadcrumbing is a nice alternative.
serve with salad or on roll as burger.
