  • 500 grams chicken thigh fillets quartered lengthways

  • 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1.

    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil till smokey hot quickly fry chicken

  • 2.

    Combine all other ingredients and stir to disolve stock cube and sugar

  • 3.

    When chicken has changed colour add sauce mix lower heat and simmer for 10 minuted

  • 4.

    Serve with steamed rice
